Here's the 411 for fishing returns: Say you bought an item and decided that you hate it, have buyer's remorse, it's not what you were expecting, or you're just not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for free and get a full refund. The only catch is, you can't use the item to catch anything before you return it. All returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that this policy does not apply to individually marked (closeout or clearance) items. All closeout sales are final; however, we will help facilitate item repairs and manufacturer warranty claims.

Certain Restrictions Apply: Our standard 365-day return policy does not apply to the following items: marine electronics and electronic components, speakers, amplifiers, and powered items (electric or gasoline). However, we will honor a 30-day return policy with the approval of our dedicated customer support team. We will also help facilitate item repairs and manufacturer warranty claims. Don’t forget to register your product with its manufacturer in order to receive warranty claim benefits!

Have something you want to return? Here's how to get started:
  1. Customers must send all returns request by email to or by calling 1-844-9FISHIN.
  2. We will provide you with a (RAN) Return Authorization Number and a FREE Shipping Label.
  3. Please remove/cover all previous shipping labels. Place your free return shipping label and clearly write your (RAN) and original Order ID on the package.
  4. We'll receive and inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and your refund will be applied automatically (unless we contact you first) to the original payment method.
  5. Refunds may take 3-14 business days to reflect on your account depending on your credit card company.
  6. There are no hooks or catches. We only ask that you send back your merchandise in the original packaging and in the same received condition. How you received your merchandise is how we would like it back.
